Land is unique and finite. Land use decisions tend to be permanent. The decisions made by the TPZ play a critical role in our Town’s economic and environmental health, as well as the welfare of our residents. I want to use my legal expertise and extend my 9+ years of service to our Town by helping to guide our TPZ in planning for our Town’s future and rendering well founded decisions. My focus includes the need for more options to retain seniors and attract young adults for a diverse population, fostering commercial development to expand our tax base, meeting the challenges facing coastal communities, and encouraging green concepts in our land use planning — all while maintaining Fairfield’s unique character.  I ask for your vote so I can help our Town stay beautiful and strong into the future.
