I am running for reelection as a Representative of District 3 (formerly District 2) in Fairfield’s RTM. I have been a member of the RTM for 14 of the last 18 years and have held numerous leadership roles, including Moderator (for 3 ½ years) and Legislation and Administration Committee Chair, and am currently the Deputy Minority Leader. I have lived in Fairfield since 1999 with my wife and three children and have always been involved in my community to keep it desirable, strong, and prosperous for its residents.
Now, more than ever, we need to have thoughtful leaders with experience and a common-sense perspective on how best to make Fairfield affordable while protecting the quality of life we all enjoy, from maintaining its shoreline, parks, and infrastructure, to keeping our community safe and welcoming.
The issues that are important to me include keeping our taxes low, maintaining and improving infrastructure, focusing on mental health awareness, and promoting greater sustainability and clean energy.
