We have many issues here in Fairfield/Southport that are important to our community. As your local RTM, I take this responsibility very seriously, and want to work across the aisle in a bi-partisan fashion to get things done. This election (or any election) does not need to be a party affiliation (to vote R or D) but for the person. I believe in smaller government, lower taxes, help small businesses, be very respectful of our environment with proper town planning, yet not stifle local progress and development. Affordable housing is a major issue and must be addressed, as is the local UI Monopole issue - just to name a few. I am currently an RTM member in D10 and now running in D1 (due to new district lines) - I would appreciate your vote - I will work very hard to make this town the best it can be - for all of us.
