BIOGRAPHY

• Litchfield resident for more than 40 years
• Member of the League of Women Voters
• Appointed to the Borough of Litchfield and Milton Historic District Commissions
• Was elected to Planning & Zoning in 1991 and served until 1999
• Elected again in 2011
• Was voted chairman in both time periods for a total of eight of her twenty years on the commission
• Two daughters, both graduated from Litchfield High School

STATEMENT

 With my appreciation for Litchfield’s special sense of community and my experience gained over many years, I bring to the position an understanding of our diverse population and the special concerns of our various neighborhoods. Zoning is a balancing act between one resident’s wishes and those of his neighbor. Times and attitudes are changing and so should zoning regulations. The key is to keep the integrity and desirability of the community as a great place to live and raise a family.
