STATEMENT
Connecting with voters during his campaigns for State Representative, Matt learned a great deal about Litchfield residents’ primary issues, the top two being taxes and the high cost of living including Eversource rate hikes and housing costs. Matt’s primary reason for running for the Board of Finance is to continue Litchfield’s focused and smart spending under its current Democratic leadership.
Matt says, "As an attorney, I’ve spent my time representing individuals; real people with real problems that need to be solved. I’m good at representing people’s interest in a system that doesn’t consider the individual. My voice is a representative voice. I speak for people."
