I am passionate about making Litchfield a better place for young people to start and raise families and improving the quality of local infrastructure and emergency readiness, especially with regard to traffic safety measures and police presence. I’m raising a young family in Northfield and we’re here for the long haul. I want my kids to come of age in a safe, thriving town. The next Town administration has a lot of work to do. We need to urgently address multiple dangerous traffic intersections, figure out a permanent solution for the Town’s administrative offices, and fix the problem of long-term decline in our first responder population. Additionally, we need to be ready to balance the Town budget in the absence of the millions of dollars of Federal grants which have been received since the start of COVID. I am ready to address all of these challenges as a Selectman.
