As a member of the Litchfield Board of Selectmen for 12 years, Jeff Zullo has been consistently focused on financial responsibility with town budgets through a balance of town services and taxes.

Jeff seeks to continue to bring his fiscal discipline and operations management experience to the Litchfield Board of Selectman. Jeff believes that we can control town spending through constant evaluation and implementation of efficiency and productivity efforts, innovation of town service delivery methods, and expanded regional sharing of services, including the pursuit of three primary initiatives: Region 20 School Implementation, Revenue Growth, and Spending Control. As practiced in the private sector, Jeff also believes we need to better manage our needs with the resources available by doing more with less and continual improvement to deliver the quality-of-life Litchfield taxpayers expect, at a reasonable cost. Jeff has been instrumental in implementing the Sustainable Litchfield energy efficiency projects saving the town hundreds of thousands per year in electricity spending.
